SHIPPING INFO

Ania Haie offers our customers FREE shipping to ANY location in South Africa for all orders over R750. For orders under R750 there's a flat rate fee of R70. All our orders are shipped via RAM couriers and a waybill number is issued with each shipment. Your shipment can then be tracked via the RAM website. All items in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving a cleared payment for your order. We now also offer shipping to Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe* for a flat rate of ZAR499.00 per order.

RETURNS

We hope you’ll love your new purchase! However, if within 7 days of receiving it you’d like to return it, send it back to us together will all the original packaging. We’ll happily exchange it for something else, or give you a refund on your purchase price (less shipping costs). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: earrings are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.
