Returns and Repairs
RETURNS
All orders, with the exception of earrings (for hygiene reasons), can be returned within 7 days of receipt of your order, provided that the item is unused and in the same condition as when received. We will gladly exchange your purchase for another item or we will refund you the purchase price (less shipping costs).
Return Process:
Please email online@aniahaie.co.zaΒ and advise that you are returning an item.
Please pack your item securely for shipping and return to:
Ania HaieΒ Online, 26 6th Street, Wynberg, Johannesburg, 2090.
Please note the following:
oΒ Β Β Your order number must be clearly marked on the parcel
oΒ Β Β Items need to be returned with all original packaging
Terms of return acceptance:
oΒ Β Β Any item that is not in its original condition not due to Ania Haieβs error, will not be accepted for return.
oΒ Β Β You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for the return.
oΒ Β Ania Haie will evaluate the condition of the returned item and advise if your refund/exchange is accepted β please allow us a reasonable time frame to process this.
oΒ Β Β Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
oΒ Β Β Unfortunately sale items do not qualify for refunds
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Once your item has been accepted and inspected by our customer service team, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the return and confirm if you are eligible for an exchange or refund.
If the request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving your item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note refunds may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account.
In the case of an exchange, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
GIFT RETURNS
If the item you are returning is a gift which was shipped directly to you with no proof of purchase, you will have received a gift certificate to the value of the original item.
If the item wasnβt marked as a gift when purchased, or the person who purchased the gift had the order shipped directly to themselves, we will send a refund to the purchaser.
REPAIRS
JEWELLERY REPAIRS
Jewellery items needing repair can be sent directly to our in-house repair department where they will be assessed.
Warranty claims require a valid proof of purchase or stamped warranty card.
Damage caused to items that does not fall under the warranty, including but not limited to snapping, discolouring due to improper care, breaking of stones and other incidences not due to a manufacturing default, may incur repair charges which will be accordingly quoted to you before we proceed with the repair.
If a repair is not possible we will offer to exchange the item to the same purchase value.
