Ania Haie offers our customers FREE shipping to ANY location in South Africa for all orders over R750. For orders under R750 there's a flat rate fee of R70. All our orders are shipped via RAM couriers and a waybill number is issued with each shipment. Your shipment can then be tracked via the RAM website. All items in stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving a cleared payment for your order. We now also offer shipping to Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe* for a flat rate of ZAR499.00 per order.

RETURNS

We hope you’ll love your new purchase! However, if within 7 days of receiving it you’d like to return it, send it back to us together will all the original packaging. We’ll happily exchange it for something else, or give you a refund on your purchase price (less shipping costs). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: earrings are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase.
